<br />- Szcmrox20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating say metalliferous mine or m
<br />and em loyiag 8ve or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrean of Mines and state when work is cum-
<br />menoedpand when stopped, and mines working contin¢onslp shall report on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee m charge of said work, together with _
<br />the {rostoffioe address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the same of the county and mining
<br />distract, together with the number of men employed,-directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trnmmera, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks W carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-bay person, owner, agent, manager or leases operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to, comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not leas than twenty-fits dollars (rw-.001, nor more than three hundred -
<br />dolhurs ($300.00), for each and every provision not eomphed with; or both, at the discretion of the court.
