<br />- ` •- SLCTION 20.' Twenty-second.-That any person or ppersons operating any metalliferous mine or m
<br />and employing 8ve or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrean oP Mmes and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working coatinnonsly shall report on or before December 1. oP eseh
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge oP said work, together with
<br />the ~ostoffice address, the name oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county sad mining
<br />diatnet, together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classlfled into
<br />miners, trammera, timbermen, ore assortere, mill men, teamsters, eta. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions oP this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this elate, who Pails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and when not otherwise provided, shall be Tiable to the penalty prescribed is
<br />section 13 oP this act, or to a tae of sot less than twenty-flue dollars ($P.5.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not comphed with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
