<br />' - "- Seoazox 2D. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating nay metalliferous mine or m
<br />and employing 8ve or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of ffiines and elate when work is com-
<br />- menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December I of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, toget~er with
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the coanty sud mining
<br />distract, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammera, timbermen ore assorters, msD men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />~ the provisions of this section s~iall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous miue or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to ~omp(y with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed ~m1ty of a.misde-
<br />meaaor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty presenbed is
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine oY not less than twenty-flue dollars ($x.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the diseietion of the court.
