<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee m charge of said work, together with . _ _ _

<br />dietrrct, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly. the samo being classified into

<br />the provisions of this section a pon application by the Commissio¢er of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed ~n,lty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, ehaU be ~iable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />-section I3 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($7S,ep1, nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
