<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working coatinnonaly shall report on or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee m charge of avid work; toget~ter.with .'; ~'';;

<br />distnet, together with fire number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry oast

<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any pezeon, owcrr, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />is this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed qty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this set, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed is
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twpnts?gve dollars ($?a.00), nor more than three hendred
<br />dollars ($300.00), gor each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
