<br />p yinq five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of 3liaes and elate when work is com-
<br />~OUt menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, toget~ter with _
<br />the poetoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining -~
<br />distract, together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly. the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbetmen ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section e~all be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh. Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />is this elate, who fails to comply with the provisions herein net forth shall be deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />meaaor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />1 O , , section 13 of this act, or to a fine oY not less than twenty-five dollars ($35.00), nor more than three hundred .
<br />A dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court. -
