<br />- - -. BEaxrov 20. ~ Twenty-second.-That nay person or persons operating-nay metalliferous mine or mill , .
<br />and employing 8ve or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of hfinea and state when work is com-
<br />menoed and when stopped, and mince working contiaaoasly ahaD report oa or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owaere'and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the Qostoffiee address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />diatnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classifled into
<br />miners, trammera, timbermen ore assorters, mtll men, teamatara, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the Provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Miaea.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-9ny person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed ~mjty oP a misde-
<br />meanor against thin act, and when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the peas-Ity prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a line of not less than twenty-five dollars ($'35.00), nor more than flues hundred
<br />- dollars- ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
