<br />and employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Barean of 3fines sod state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working coatinnonaly shall report on or before December 1, oP each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee is charge of said work, together with - _
<br />the postoffiee address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distract, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly. the same being classified into
<br />miners, txammers, timbermen ore asaorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section s~all be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Dfines.
<br />Twenty-eeveath.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />is this state, who tails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed gmlty o? a.misde- '
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shaD be liable to the penalty prescnbed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or Eo a fine of not less than twenty-flue dollars ($.a'-.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
