<br />year, together with the names oP the owners and managers or lessee m charge of said work, together with
<br />the posEOffice address, Ehe name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />disEncE, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being elaseifled into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermea, ore assorEers, mill men, teamsters, eta. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed gm]ty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this xt, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be ~iable to the penalty pprescribed in
<br />section I3 oP Chia xE, or to a 8ne of not less than Eweatp-five dollars ($Sa.00), nor more than thzee hundred
<br />dollars ($300,00), for exh and every provision not compliedwith, or both, at the discretion of the court.
