<br />' 8eorrON 20: Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferens mine or ill .
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau oY Mines and state when work is c
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continaoasly shall report on or before December 1, oY e
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee to charge of said work, together with
<br />the posWffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name oY the coanty and mining
<br />distract, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being chtsstfled into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, eto. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent,.manageror lessee operating a metallifezoas mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed gmlty oY a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 oY this act, or to a 8ne oP ~ not less than twenty-flue dollars ($x".00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not comphedwith, or both, at the discretion of the court.
