<br />_ " -. Seoxtox 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or m
<br />and employing Hve or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each
<br />- year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the postotfice address, the name oY the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the comfy and mining
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being elassiHed into
<br />misers, tmmmera, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be famished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />_ Twenty-seventh.-Any pezsoa, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein net forth, shall bo deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />memor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
