<br />S&CTION 20. Twenty-second.-That say person or: persons operating any metalliferous mine or m• ~~
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrean of Mixes and state when work is com- ~,
<br />meneed and when stopped, and mines working continaonsly shall report on or before December 1 of each ';~
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the Rostoffioe address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distract, together with the number oY men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermea, ore assorteas, mill men, teamsters, eto. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed gml~ro°gcnbeddin
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not othermse provided, shall be liable to the penalty p
<br />section 13 oP this acL, or to a fine oY not leas than twenty-five dollars ($".S.OUb nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.110), for each and every provision not complied with. or both, nt the discretion of the court.
