<br />SECTION 2(1. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or m
<br />and employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working contianonsly shall report oa or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the postofdce address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distrtet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammera, timbermen, ore asaortets, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the pmvisiona of this section shall he furnished upon application by tha Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, maaageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provislona herein set forth shall be deemed ~n~tty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwlae provided, shall be jiable to the penalty presenbed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine oY not less than twenty-five dollars ($Ja.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
