<br />t)ECTION 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or arsons operating any metalliferous mine or
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continaonsly shall report oa or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee m charge of said work, together with
<br />the poatofnoe address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the eonsty and mining
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the wme being classifled into
<br />miners, trammere, timbermea, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this eection shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oY Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh. Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferoas mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth ehnll be deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this set, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be ~iable to the penalty pprescribed in
<br />section 13 of Ibis act, or to a Sue of not less than twenty-five dollars ($a' .00), nor more than threo haadred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not eomplled with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
