<br />SECizox 20. Twenty-sewnd.-That any person or persons operating sny metnlliferons mine or
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same W the Bnroan of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when. stopped, and mines working coatiaaously shall report oa or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names oY the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, toget~er with
<br />the poatofdoe address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the namo of the county and mining
<br />distract, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, 4ammera, timbermen ore assortars, mill men, teamsters, eta. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh. gay person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />is this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be jiable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-floe dollars ($.a,".00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
