<br />- plant and employing two or more men shall report to the Bureau of Dllnes and state when work ie commenced
<br />and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before November 1 of each year, together
<br />. _ _ _ with the names of the owners and managers or leases In charge of said work, together with the poatoffice
<br />hddreea; tho name of the claim ar claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining district, together
<br />witthL, the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being blasaifled into miners, trammere, tim-
<br />_ _ _ berthen, are aesortere, millmen tenmetere, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions oY this section.

<br />6ECrrox 28. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporation, aperatlvg
<br />- - a metalliferdue mine, mill or metallurgical plant in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set
<br />forth, or either or nny thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a miedemeanoq and when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a flue of not less thou twenty-flue dollars ($26.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (5900.00) for
<br />--- each pprovision not complied with, and each day after conviction of failure to coulply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall bo deemed a separnto offense and punished accordingly. .
