The minutes of last year's stockholders' meeting teere

elected for the ensuing year, the motion prevailing that
the Secretary cast the entire ballot of the 3t.3oo votes rep-
resented.

the chair, upon motion duly carried, vt :\uditing Conunit-
tee to audit the books of the Company as soon as con-
venient after the meeting, anti report to the llirectors, and
that their report be included in the minutes of this meet-
ing.
