<br />together with.. the names oP the owners and managers or.leeeee incharge. of aaid. work, together with the
<br />poatof&ce address, the nameof the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claBeified into miners, tram-
<br />..mere, timbarmen, ore seaortere, mill man, teamsters, ate. The- necessary blanks to cairy out. the- provisions of
<br />this section shall be Purniehed upon application by the Commissioner of Minee: - -
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person,.owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Pails to comply with the provisions -herein-set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />agaihat this act, and, when not otherwise provided; shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 oY this
<br />act, or to a fine oP not lees than twenty-five dollars (825:00), normore than three hundred dollare~(8300 W), for
<br />-each and every provision hot complied with, or tioth, at the discretion of ttie court.
