<br />SEOxros 20. Twonty~second.-That any person or persons opcratiog any metalliferous mineor mill and
<br />employing five or more men, shell report Lhe snore to the Bureau oP Minos and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mince workingg continuously shall roport on or before December 1, oP each year, -
<br />together with the names of the olvnors and managers or Ioseee in chnrgo oY said work, together with the
<br />posto6rca eddrose, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and miuiog district.
<br />together with the number oY men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claesi8ed into miners, trem-
<br />mera, timbermen, ore eaeortore, mill men, teamsters, etc. Tho neceeeary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oY Mince.
<br />Twenty-eevonth.-Any person, owner, agent, mecager or lessee operating a metalliferous mind or mill in
<br />this state, who Yails to comply with the provisions herein sot forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in eection 13 oP this
<br />act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars (S2i.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (3300.00), Eor
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oT the court.
