<br />poste®co address, the name of the claim or claims to bo operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />togother with Lho number o[ men employed, directly or ~Ddirectly, the same being claesdtod into minere, tram-
<br />mare, timbormen, ore neeortare, mill men, tenmetore, etc. Tho necensery blanks to carry out the provisions of
