<br />Beorlov 7A. Twontysernnd.-That nny person or persons operating nny metalliforoue mind or mill and
<br />employing Avo or morn moo, shall report the sumo to the Bureau of iViioee and state when work ie com-
<br />menced and when stopped, end mince working continuouely shall report on or before December 1, o[ each year,
<br />together with the names o[ the ownore on mnnegare or loeace in charge of said work, together with the
<br />poetomce address, the nnmo of the claim or claims to bo operated, the nnmo of the rnunty and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the nnmo being clnse,tlod into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbormon, ore eseortere, mill men, teametore, ote. The necessary blanks to carry out the provieione of
<br />this section shall ba furnished upon applicnlion by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twontyeovmth.-Any person, owner, agent, menoger or leases operating a metalliferous mica or mill in
<br />this state, who fails to comply with the provieione herein sot forth, shall be doomed guilty o[ n misdemeanor
<br />against this act, end, when not otherwise provided, shall bo liable to the penalty proscribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a flue a[ not Ices than tweotyflvo dollare (8`.13.00), nor more than three hundred dollnre (47110.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, nt the discretion o[ tbo court.
