<br />_ 6sonox 211, :Twenty-second.-That any person cr .persons operating anymetaltiterons.mine or. mill and,
<br />employing. flue or more men, shall report the came to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuoualy shall report on or before Decemberl; of each year,
<br />.together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />poetoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the nameoi the oouoty and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, duectly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mare, timbermen, ore seeortare, mi1L men,. teamsters, eta The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of -
<br />this section shall be furnished upon. appiicatioa by the Commissioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who tails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemedguilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against. this act, aqd, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a flee of sot lase than twenty-five dollars ($25.Oe), aor more than three. hundred dollar~.(63(111.00), for
<br />each and every provision sot complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court. -
