<br />meoced and when stopped, and mince working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the aemcs of the owners end manages or )oases in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postoHtce address, the name of the claim acclaims to be oppeerated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number o[ men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being clesei8ed into miners, tram-
<br />more, timbermen, ore aeeortere, mill moa, teamsters, etc. Tho neceeeary blaoke to carry out the provieione of
<br />this eoctton shall ba famished upon application by the Commieeionor of Mines.
<br />Twontyseventh.-Any poreoa, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a motalliferoue mina or mill in
<br />this state, who fails to comply with the provieione hecein eat forth, shall bo deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />egainat this act, end, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty proecnbod in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a Hno o[ rat Icee than twenty-flue dollars (SSS6.00), nor morn than three hundred dollar (iS900.00), [or
<br />each and every provision sot compiled with, or both, at the discretion o[ the court.
