<br />together with the names o[ the ownere and managers or lessen in chnrgo oC said work, together with the
<br />poste®ce address, the namo o[ the claim or claims to bo operated, the namo of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oC men employed, dircetfy or ndirectly, the same being cleeeiHed into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore aseortore, mill men, toamstore, eta The accessary blaoka to carry out the provisions o[
<br />this section shell bo furaiehod upon application by the Commissioner of Minos.
<br />Twenty-eoveath.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine oc mill in
<br />this state, who Coils to comply with the proriamse herein sot forth, shell bo deemed p,uilty of a misdemeanor
<br />agnioat this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shell bo liable to the penalty preecnbed in ecctioD 13 0[ this
<br />act. or to a Hno oC not Iree than twenty-Hve dollars (1SSii.00), nor moco than throe hundred dollars (1300.00), for
<br />each and every provieina not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
