<br />plant and employing twoor more men: shall report'to the Buroan of Mines and state when work fa commenced
<br />andwhen stopped, aad mines working cont9ntionsly shall report on or before Novembeer 1 of each year, together
<br />ddressethe name of Ehe c aim or claims to be operated; the names offtheconnty~aad miningl~ ~rt+t'o6 ffier ~ _
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or ind-uectly, the same being classified into miners, trammere, tim-
<br />barmen, ore seaorters, millmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blauke to carry out the proviefons of this section _;}
<br />shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Sacrrox 28. AnY owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical plant to this state, who Fails to compiy with Lhe provisions herein set
<br />forth,or either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a miedemeanoq and when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />e ch provleion~not compl9ed with, t vd a by dayoalfter cony etion of fa lure to omply~wit anylprovie oon heieof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly. ,
