<br />6ecrtox 28. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether indiv[dual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical plant fn this state, who fails to comply with the provisions heroin set
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed gaflty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwtee provided, shall
<br />be liable to a floe of not lees than twenty-flue dollars ($26.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (9500.00) for
<br />rovision hereof,
