<br />SEOTION 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or m
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrean of lfines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines worliag eontiaaoaaly shall report on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names o4 the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the poatoffiae address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermea ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions o4 flue section shall be fnmished upon application by the Commissioner of 3fiaes.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, maaageror leases operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herern set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, eball be liable to the penalty prosenbed is
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($.a'-.O(1), nor more than three haadred
<br />dollars ($30D.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
