<br />and employmg 8ve or more men, shall report the same to a Bureau of alines aad state when work is com-
<br />meneed sad when stopped, aad mines worlnng contianonsly shall report oa or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee is charge of said work, together with
<br />the ~ostoffioe address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distnet, together with tha number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trnmmers, timbermen ore assortera, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section s~lall be furnished neon application by the Commisaioaer of Elines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metallifemns mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed ~mlty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, end, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of riot less than twenty-five dollars ($_`L5,0p), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
