<br />$En140N 2q. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons oporatiag any metalliferous mine o mill
<br />and employing flea or more men, shall report the samo to the Bnrean of Mines sad elate when work is c
<br />meaoed and when stopped, and mines working continaoasly shall report oa or before December 1 of sac
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, toget~ier with
<br />the ~ostoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county sad mining
<br />distract, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being clasai8ed into
<br />miners, trammers, timbetmea, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions oP this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferoas mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth ahnll be deemed'~¢a¢,d~ty of n misde-
<br />mesaor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the pena-Ity pprescribed in
<br />section 13 of this ast, or to a 8ne of not less than twenty-five dollars ($`a.00), nor more than tbree handred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
