<br />Ssexrox 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferon9 mine or 11
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrean of Slmes and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continnonaly shall report oa or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee rn charge of said work, together with
<br />the Rostofflce address, the name of the c]sim or claims to be operated, the name of the county sad mining
<br />distract, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being elassifled into
<br />miners, tzammers, timbermea ore asaorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry oat
<br />the provisions of this section s~a.ll be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metallifemas mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be Liable Eo the penalty pprescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less tban twenty-flue dollars ($?a.00), nor more than thzee hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision sot complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
