<br />SECTION ?A. 'l~venty-second.-That any person or persons operatingany metalliferous mine or m
<br />and employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of 3linea and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shalt zeQort on or before December 1 of each
<br />year,together withthe names of the owners sad managers or lessee m charge of said work, together with
<br />the poatoffioe address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammera, timbermen ore sesorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section aha11 be famished upon application by the Commissioner of E[mes.
<br />Twenty-seventh. gay person, owner, agent, maaageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who Fails 4o comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed ~ailty of s-misde-
<br />meanor against this set, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be ~iable to the penalty presenbed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a Sue of not less than twenty-five dollars (~i.00), nor more than three hundred -
<br />dollara ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
