<br />Sacxtox 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or parsons operating any metalliferous mine or
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines sad state when work is com-
<br />meaced sad when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on ar before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county nad mining ,
<br />distnct, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being elassifled into
<br />miners, trsmmers, timbermea ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section mall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-gay person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating n metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shaD be liable to the penalty prescnbed in
<br />section ]3 of this act, or to a fine oP not less than twenty-five dollars ($5.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision sot complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
