<br />SECTI02r ?A. Twenty-second.-That any person or ppeersons operating any metallifereas mine or
<br />and em loyiag 8ve or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrean of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menoedpand when stopped, and mines working continaonsly shall report on or before December 1 oY each
<br />.year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, toget~ler with
<br />the postoffiee address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being class+fled into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assortera, mill men, teamsters, eto. The necessary blanks in cant' out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be fnnushed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh. Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferona mine or•mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the previsions herein set forth, shall be deemed ~m1ty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, onto a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($.a+".00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
