<br />SECTION 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or
<br />and employing 8ve or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrean oY Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working contiauonaly shaD report on or before Decomber 1, oY each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />th0 ~109t0ffiCB SddTOSa, the name o4 the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county sad mining
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classtfied into
<br />miners, trammers, timl.ezmen ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-6ny person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or•mill
<br />in this state, who fad's to comply with the provisioae herein set forth shall be deemed gn,lty of a mLSde-
<br />meaaor against Ehis act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be ~iable to the penalty proscribed is
<br />section 13 of this set, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars (x.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($30D.OD), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
