<br />Twenty-seventh. Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferona mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed ggmmlty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be Tiable to the penolty proscribed is
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-flue dollars ($:'a.00), nor more than three hnadrod
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision sot complied with, or both, at the discretion of the coma.
