<br />- together with the names of the owaere and manegore or lessen m charge of said work, together with the
<br />poetotflco address. the nemo of the claim or clnime to bo operated, the anmo of tbo county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of mon employed, directly er indirectly, the same being claseifled into miners, tram-
<br />. - - mere, timbermen, ore eaeortere, mill mon, tenmetore, eta. Tho necessary blaake to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon applicntioa by the Commiesiooor of Mines.
