<br />t3ycriox ?A. That any owner, person or persons operating any metallfferove mine, mill or metallugical
<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report to the Bureau of Mines and state when work fe commenced
<br />and when stopped, and mines working continnouely shall report on or before November 1 of each year, together
<br />with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the poeto8lce
<br />address; the name of the o]aim or claSms to be operated; the name of the county an mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claea[8ed into minere„trammere, tim-
<br />barmen, ore aeeortere, millmen teamsters, etc. The aeceeeary blanks to carry out the provisions of this eection
<br />shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />6acrrox 28. Auy owneq agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnetrehlp or corporation, operating
<br />a metalliferoas mfmf, rttill or metallurgical plant in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein eat
<br />. forth, or either or suy thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a fine of not less than twenty-flue dollars (826.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (8300.00) for
<br />each provision not complied with, and each day after conviction of failure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a eeparate offenee and punished accordingly.
