<br />i3scmon 4A. That any owner, person or persona operating any momlliferous mine, mill or metellurgtca!
<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report to the Bltrean of Mince and amts when work is enxnmenced
<br />and when snipped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before November 1 of each year, wgether
<br />with the names oP the owners and managers or lessee in charge bf said work, together with the postolhce
<br />address; the name o4 the claim or claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the nambor oY men employed, directly or indirectly, the eamo boing claseifled into miners, trammere, tim-
<br />bermen, ore aeeortere, millmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of this section
<br />shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />$ECfION 28. Any owner, agent, manger or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a IDetalliferou8 mine, mill or metallurgical plant In this elate, who fails to comply with the provisions herein sec
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a fine of not less than twenty-flue dollars ($26.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) for
<br />each provision not complied with, and each day after conviction of failure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly.
