<br />$soxton 20. That any owner, person or pereone operat[ng any metalliteroas mine, mill or metallargical
<br />plantaad employing two or more men shall report to the Bureau of Mines and state whoa work fe commenced
<br />and when stopped, and mines workingcontiauously shall report on or before November 1 of each year, together
<br />with the names of the owners and managers or leseee in charge of said work, together with the posto~ce
<br />address; the name of the olatm or claims to be operated; the name of the coanty and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified Into miners, trammers, t1m-
<br />bermeu, ore aesortere, millmen teamatere, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of this section
<br />shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Dfines.
<br />$acxroN 28. Any owner, ageut, manager or leseee, whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical plant in this state, who fails to wmply with the provisions herein set
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwtae provided, shall
<br />be liable to a fine of not less than twenty-flue dollars ($25.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (8300.00 f for
<br />each prov[efon not complied with, and each day after conviction of failure W comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly.
