<br />and when stopped, and mines worktng continuously shall roport on or before November 1 of each year, together
<br />with the names oP the owners and managers or lessee in charge oY said work, together with the poetofdce

<br />with the number of men employed, d[rectly or ndlrectly, the same being elaesifled Into miners, trammers, tim-

<br />shall be famished upon application by the Comm[eaioner of Mines.
