<br />and when stopped, and mines working. continuonely shall report on or before November 1 of each year, together
<br />with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in change o4 said work, together with the poatoffice
<br />address; the name of the claim or claims to be operated• the name oP the county a¢fl mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claeeffled into miners, trammere, tim-
<br />barmen, ore seeorters, millmen teametere, etc. The necessary blanketo carry out the provisions oY this section
<br />shall be farniahed upon hpplicatioa by the Commissioner oP Mines.
