<br />.plant and employiag.two or more men sha1Y report to the Bnrean of Mines and state when work is wmmenced
<br />and when stopped, and. mines worlringcoatinnonely shall report on or before. November 1 of each year, together
<br />with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the posto!$ce
<br />address; the name oP. the claim orclaims to be operated; the name of the copnty and mining district, mgether
<br />with tho number of men employed,.directly or indirectly, the samebeing clnssifled into miners, trammere, tim- 1
<br />- barmen, ore aesorters, millmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of this section ,
<br />shall be fmvished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines _
<br />8scrlox 28. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a metalBferans mine, mill or metallurgical plant in this etate,who fails to complywith the provisions herein set
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, ehallbe deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwise provtded, shall
<br />be Bable to a fine of not less than twenty-flue dollars ($26.00) nor more Lhan three hundred dollars (!6300.00) for
<br />each provision not complied with, and each day after conviction of failure to comply with nay provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly.
