<br />t3r,amtox 211: That any-owner, person or persons operating any metaillferoaa mine, mill ar metallargical
<br />plant avd~omploying two or more men shall , report to the Burenn of Mlnee and state when work Is commenced
<br />andwhen stopped, and mines working coattnaously shall report on or before November 1 of each year, wgether
<br />with th"e names oY the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the poetofdce
<br />address; the name of the claim or claims to be operated; tho name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the mm~bor of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claesifled into miners, trsmmers, ttm- ,
<br />bermeq ore aseortere, millmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of this section
<br />shall be furnished upon appllcetion by the Commissioner of Miaee.
<br />f3lccrioir 28. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporntion, operating
<br />a metalliferous mine, millor metallurgical plant in this state, who fails to comply with the pxovieioun herein set
<br />forth, or either or any thereof,ahall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a fine of not leas than twenty-flue dollars (526.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (5300.00) for
<br />each proviefoa not complied with, and each'day after conviction of failure to comply wick avy provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly.
