<br />plant sad employing two or more men shall report m the Bureau o£ Mines and state when work ie Lrommeneed
<br />and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before November 1 0[ each year, together
<br />with the namee of the ow¢ere and. maaagere or lessee in charge of said work, together with the posto(&ce
<br />address; the name of the claim or claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or i¢directly, Lhe same being classlfled into miners, trammere, tim-
<br />bermen, ore aeeorters, millmen teamsters, etc• The neceseery blanks m carry out the provisions of this section
<br />shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />8scxlox 26. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a memlliferoue mine, mill ar metallurgical plant in this state, who fails to comply with th0 provisions herein eet
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a fine of not leas than twenty-flue dollars (626.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (8300.00) for
<br />each' provision not complied with, and each day after conviction of failure to comply with any provieio¢ hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a eeparaEe offense and punished accardiagly.
