<br />Baoxroa 2A. That any owner,persoa orpereone operating any metalliferous m{ne, mill or memllatgical ~ ~ .
<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report to the Burean of Mtnes and amts when work is commenced
<br />and when stopped, and mfnee working coatfnnouely shall report on or before November 1 of each year, together
<br />with the aamee of the owners and ma¢agere or lessee in charge of said work, together with the postoffice
<br />address; tho name of the claim or claims to be operamd• the aamo of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being emeeffied into miners, trammere, tim-
<br />- bermea,ore saeortera, millmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blsaks to carry out the provisions of this eection
<br />shall be furnished npoa application by the Commteafoner oC Mines.
<br />8r;crroa 28. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporation, opernting
<br />a memlliferoas mine, mill or momllurgical plant fn this amts, who fails to. comply wlth the provisions herein sec
<br />forth, or either or say thereof, shall be deemed guilty of s miedemeador, and when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a fine of aoG less than twenty-8ve dollars (826.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (SS00.00) for
<br />each pprovision not complied with, and each day after conviction of failure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly.
