<br />Sltoxxox 20. That any owneq person or. persons operating any metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical
<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report to the Bureau of Mlaea and state when work is commenced
<br />and when stopped, and mines working coatinnously shall report an or before November 1 oP each year, together
<br />with the names oP the owners and managers or lessee in charge of Bald work, to ether with the poem~ce
<br />address; the name o4 the claim or claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number oY men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being clesaided into miners, trammers, tim-
<br />bermen, ore aesortere, millmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the prov[eioas of this section
<br />shall be furnished upon applicationby the Commissioner of 3fines.
<br />8acrxon 28. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a metalliferous mine, mill or metallnrgfcal plant in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, end when not otherwise provided, sha71
<br />be liable to a fine of not leas than twenty-flue dollars ($26.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (8300.00) for
<br />each provision not complied with, and each day after conviction of failure to comply with any pmvieion hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly:
