<br />t3s~oxrox 28. ThaYany owner, person or pemons operating any metalIIYemne m[ne, mill or metallurgical - -
<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report to the Bureen oY Mines and smte when work [s commenced ~ , - -
<br />and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before November 1 of each yeaq together
<br />with tho names of the' owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the poatofitce
<br />addreae; the name of the claim or claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or Indirectly, the same being classified into miners, trammere, tim-
<br />bermen, ore aesot2ere, millmea teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to cagy out the provisions of this eection-
<br />shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />SECTION 28. Any owner, agent, manager or leases, whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a metalliferous mine, mill or metallargical plant in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein eat
<br />fortL, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, end when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be Sable to a fine of not less than twenty-flue dollars (825.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (8300.00) far
<br />each provision not complied with, end each day after conviction of failure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separato offense and paniehed accordingly.
