<br />$rcrrox 28. Any owner, agent, managger or lessee, whether Individual, partnership or corporatioq operating
<br />a metalliferous mingmill or metallurgical plant in tltie state, who fails to comply with the provisions here[n set
<br />foray or either or any thereof, shall be deemed gnflty of a miedemeanoq and when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable m a one of not less than twenty-8ve dol]are ($26.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (5300.00) for
<br />each provision not complied with, and each day after convictioh of failure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly.
