<br />andwhen stopped, and minae .working continuously shall report oa or before November 1 of each year, together
<br />wtth~ the names oY the ow¢ere and-menagere or leseee in charge of said work, together with the poetoffice
<br />address; the name of-the elaim.or claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the-number oY men employed, directly or tndkectly, the same being claesifled into miners, trammere, tim-
<br />barmen, ore aesortere, millmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks m carry out the provis[one of this eectton
<br />shall be furnished upon application by the Commiaetoner of Mines. -
<br />Bscazox 28. Anq owneq agent, manager ar leseee, whether tndiv[dual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical plant in this etate,who fails to comply with the praviefons herein set
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when net otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($26.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($500.00) for
<br />each pprovision not compliedwith, and each day after conviction of faIlare to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />- shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly.
