<br />Blrarrox 2D.. That any owner, pereoa or persons operating any metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical
<br />_plant(and employing two or more men shall report to the Bureau of Mines and state when work Is commenced '.
<br />and when stopped, and mlaee working continuously shall report on or before November I oY each year, together
<br />with the names oY the owners and managers or lessee fn charge of said work, together with the postolBce
<br />address; the nameoY the claim or claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or Indirectly, the same being claeeifled into miners, trammers, tim-
<br />bermoa, ore aseortere, miSlmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions oY this section
<br />shall be furnished neon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />gacrrox 20. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a meta113feroue mine, mill or metallurgical plant in this elate, who falls to comply with the provisions herein set
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwlae provided, shall
<br />be liable to a flneof not less than twenty-flue dollars ($26.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($500.00) for
<br />each provision not complied with, and each day after conviction of failure to comply with soy provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly.
